Anonymous wrote:this is the way. Sucks when it happens but it comes with the decision made by NVA. Its all about MLSN anyways. The NVA GA teams will survive. Has to be a bittersweet moment for the coaches. Mixture of being proud and sad at the kids trajectories.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Our DDs team at NVA got absolutely depleted. I’d say 6-7 girls returning out of the 18.
This is soccer. You will always find players leaving and others coming or sometimes while teams getting rebuilt even in the pro world (Man Utd, Barca, even Man city-next year releasing a whole bunch).
Most importantly is if the coach is good, he will rebuild the team. If you look around, even other ECNL teams have 6-7 players leaving or getting cut. Surely, some top players may leave but there is enough talent in the area to refill their positions. Everything will be fine.

Was impressed with 08s for many years, which had nothing to do with him. He's highly sought after because he controls decisions. Thats it. The boys overall are mediocre. And for 2 seasons has made questionable hiring decisions.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:pretty sure a significant amount of parents in and outside the club had problems. TD is talked about negatively in coaching circles. You got to actually show you can coach and not jump to promotions to prove you can coach. All TD has done is inherit a bunch of elite 08s who would have succeeded with almost any coach.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Very classy NVA. Coach dad for 2013s
You mad bruh? If you ask 99% of current NVA parents they will tell you they want the TD as their coach. He is a phenomenal coach and even better human. He gets the most out of all his players. Better than all the classless, non-coaching fools around these parts. Go ahead, ask around… you can skip the 1% who had a problem with him. I can guarantee it wasn’t him… it was probably their kid or parent.
If you can’t be him, talk about him. Haters talk. Won’t get you very far. Come to his practices and games. See for yourself. He’s highly sought after by many.
Sounds like you know enough to write a Wikipedia page, kinda weird.

Awwww, your DD or DS must be so sad you aren’t as talented to be their coach. My dad coached me my entire life and I wouldn’t have traded it for anything. He was actually tougher on me than anyone else simply because I was his child. I didn’t get perks aside from knowing our schedule in advance… go crawl in your little Wikipedia hole and cry because you can’t be the coach that everyone wants for their team.

So NVA will be playing LS in league play.Anonymous wrote:How many girls teams does NVA have per year? Will they only have a GA team, or will they also have an Aspire team?
Right, but NVA is trying to take the girls from LS to form a team (because they don't have one)... they are in the same league, so equal now.

Comical 09s are keeping a decent portion of roster. 4 players on squad are ballers. Heard 12s complete roster flip.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Your opinion means nothing.
When half the kids are leaving or refusing to be coached by the directors of the club I would hope opinion means something! It is obvious that the club is folding. Previously said, many other options out there. They have let the girls fall to make the boys happy. Why stay in a culture that does not care about half the club and has nepotism and promises to the affluent.
RP was fired by the 08 girls after a game, the actual girls fired him, and he was placed elsewhere
No one wants to play for PL, he is trying to pluck kids from his own club and they are refusing
MH is a pawn
Ha! The boys won’t come close to being competitive in MLSN
You don't think the 08, 10 and 11 teams will be competitive? Why? I haven't seen the younger teams I mentioned but the 08 team is really good.
