My understanding is that while technically diplomat children are exempt, this is a gray area that is difficult to enforce. Basically as long as you don’t come to the hospital in a t-shirt that says “I am a foreign diplomat” the folks who process the birth certificate won’t know, and a SSN is issued automatically. Their tax structure is complex and protective, thanks to good accountants and loopholes, and they funnel money through UK, BVI, Malta, Cyprus, CH et al

They will need larger planes to get places since the flight path to remaining open countries is becoming exceedingly convoluted. There is still narrow access to the west from the Finland Straights, a portion of which are in international waters. And there is large access to the east, north and south. But your average private jet might not cut it :-)
