It's definitely not done. I hate the plan, live in D.C., don't want to see them leave, etc., but it's absurd to just count out a move backed by the team owner and the governor of the state. If I had to bet on it, I'd bet this still goes ahead in some form.[/quote]

The governor has shown a total disinclination to compromise on anything. There is a reason that he has zero legislative accomplishments. He could have offered toll relief in Hampton Roads as part of the package and it would have sailed through, but he can't fathom that he doesn't have the ability to just bully things through. because the state senator who can singlehandedly kill this bill cares a lot about those tolls. [/quote]
