It is not at all hard, we visited the design studio and everything came to 300k bare minimum for what we want. 100k flooring, 100k kitchens, 100k other stuff like baths/tech/speakers etc, 300 is about right for a pretty house. 400 if you pick on the high end of the range (wolf instead of jenn air, more upgraged counters and baths, larger house)

Wow, they must have raised their prices. When we bought, tech, bathrooms, speakers were all done outside of the design center. Even appliances were separate. Though I’m surprised the associates told you average paid…when I asked, I was told they couldn’t say the number. They also said that all other Toll homes in the area used the same design center, so folks from an hour away were coming to the same design center.
