You show up when you want to work, but it still has to be before the start of the shift (6-2 is the night shift). Many, but not all, strip clubs operate this way. If you come late or leave early, you pay a penalty on top of the house fee. I work two nights a week, and will work a third if I'm not too tired. So, 16-24 hours a week.
