Lemme ask you some'n...what exactly is it that makes you so sick of THEIR complaints?  Is your life thrown askew and are you forced to make concessions in your personal life as a result of THEM wanting equal rights and equal treatment and equal opportunity?  How are you personally affected that makes you so vehemently offended/irritated?    [/quote]
An example may be a manager having to deal with frivolous EEO complaints. It's a lot of work that in the majority of cases ends up being nothing. Not to say this throws anybody's life askew, but still: way too much BS to handle. I can see how this can become irritating.[/quote]
