All of you who have written off entire groups of kids as worthless, disposable people who should be kept separate "in their own school" (makes my stomach turn just typing it) are a new low for DCUM. I hope you aren't passing your nastiness onto your kids. Hopefully they'll be bigger people than you and actually give a shit about others.
OMG - are you serious??? No one said anything about these kids eing worthless and disposable. But, they don't belong in regular public school. They have issues and problems that you can't even imageine. They need a level of support that a public school can not provide. They are disruptive to other kids. They fight, they act-up, they have no respect for anyone or anything. I know it is hard for many people to believe that this type of environment exists in affluent MCPS so I invite you and your child to come spend the day at our school. I guarantee that your stomach will turn for other reasons.
