SP via CA again--are you talking about Politics & Prose?  Love love love that book store--and great area; cute shops/restaurants.  We actually looked at a house not too far from there in Chevy Chase neighborhood.  Unfortunately we don't have anything comparable in Shepherd Park--at least for now (though we may in the somewhat distant future, when Walter Reed gets redeveloped into commercial and residential area).[/quote]
