I don't understand these comments at all. At 133 and 5'8", I wore a size 10 wedding gown. How could a person think a 10 or 12 is worn by a fat person? Also, with "vanity sizing", people are kidding themselves. They proudly say "I wear a size 4." when it really is a larger size.
I'm 145 and 5'3" and wear a 10. I'm definitely fat.
How can you be 145 and 5'3" and wear a size ten? I'm 10 pounds lighter and wear a size 10. Do your clothes feel like an old-fashioned girdle?
I'm 147 and 5'5" and I wear a size 4 (designer brands, etc). I wear 'small' in tops and nightgowns. I am an athlete with little body fat, small waist. When I got down to 139 lbs once--everyone thought I had an eating disorder and kept telling me I was too thin. When I go to the drs and get weighed I always have to tell the nurse to move the marker thing on scale over-they always start on 120.
