I can guarantee you that the typical American is not losing any sleep over Asia.  Or thinking much at all about them.  They are too wrapped up in their own little worlds.  But I guess if you need to believe it to make yourself feel better, go right ahead.  [/quote]

Agreed. I mean, there is someone (or maybe more than one) person who is absolutely obsessed about this topic on dcum, and they can't stop posting about it. But really, nobody else cares. It's just tiresome -- the posting equivalent of verbal diarrhea, and about as meaningful.[/quote]
