I love the color and the fabric/beadwork, but dislike the neckline and stiff peplum. It just doesn't move with her at all and she looked like a paper doll in it.

It was actually somewhat reminiscent of a paler, floppier peplum dress that Emma Stone wore a couple years ago (when she won). I didn't like that one either!

Speaking of Emma Stone, this was low key and good. I would like it better in a color.

I like it in theory but she looked uncomfortable. It also had a low scoop back and most have been just taped on because there was nothing else to keep it in place. So she had just extremely stiff, erect posture all night (she was sitting next to Michael B. Jordan's mom and this was especially noticeable during his acceptance speech because they kept cutting to his mom and then Emma was there looking very happy for MBJ but also kind of sitting forward and very upright in a weird way).
