Who? Why?[/quote] Seyoum is incompetent as a AP. No follow through, doesn’t meet deadlines, and gives empty promises in person, but rarely responds to emails. Self promoting and rarely shows up for work. Really, she’s out all the time and when she is there, she comes in late. She will smile on your face while throwing you under the bus. Staff were constantly going the EFR about her not meeting MCEA contractual obligations. Oh and as for experience, I think she’s only been an AP for two years. She won’t survive at Wootton. [/quote]

Just got some dirt that Seyoum was seen in the school building at Magruder late in the evening packing up her office and a teacher asked what was going on and she just laughed. It was obvious she was leaving, but no one was saying anything. It makes you wonder if she put in for a transfer and Ascienzo (Magruder principal) didn't know anything until the last minute because that position is technically still empty at Magruder (new AP starts on 9/15).[/quote]

Are you saying that with everything going on at Wootton that Central Office is putting week admin into the vacant positions? Wouldn't that just make the Wootton problem worse?[/quote]
