Sure but the way to reduce women's participation in the political process is to attach "common sense" regulations.  We already do the same with gun control.  Now we just need voting control.

For instance, if you are not competent to stand trial, you should not be allowed to vote.  No reasonable person could disagree with that idea.  [/quote]
