It's not luck. It's having clear relationship goals and knowing what you want. Not dithering around. At 32 I had been married for 12 years and had my third and last child. Still married happily 15 years later.
Congratulations. Plenty of DCUM women made relationships their priority. Other women prioritize education and career. That's fine; men do it too. I was surprised when some women in their thirties decide they "deserve" a relationship, and expect men to cooperate. Women expect men to be older, taller, richer, and more educated. So men get rejected for a decade until they get old enough to develop careers and social skills. Some women are naturally pretty and slim, and get immediate attention as teenagers. Other women work on their appearance and flirting skills. But misguided women think their career success should translate into romantic appeal. These are the spinsters asking where to find a rich man. A 25-year-old woman can date 25-35-year-old men, whereas a 25-year-old man will date 21-25-year-old women. In other words, young women have a 2:1 demographic advantage. A 35-year-old man will find many single 25-35-year-old women to date, but a 35-year-old women will not find many single men in a reasonable age range. And there is a reason these men are single! As you age, dating becomes like last-minute shopping for a holiday toy, when the shelves are almost bare. The selection resembles The Island of Misfit Toys.
