He does say the quiet part out loud and they love it.   But let’s not kid ourselves.
The USA, no matter who was president, no matter who controlled Congress, has made it completely and utterly impossible for any European nationals (Northern or otherwise) to immigrate into the country legally for the last 30+ (likely 40+) years.  Only exceptions are the lottery for a few 100 green cards annually and on the spot ‘investors’ of over $1 million dollars.  Even Ukrainians  had to walk across the border in Mexico instead, and only a tiny number of Ukrainians were allowed asylum.  
If you make immigration impossible for citizens of one continent for 3+ decades, you are going to be left with 100% immigrants coming from other continents and their children’s children. 
Natural consequences of decades of immigration law in the U.S.  not just the last 2-3 presidents.  [/quote]
