Could you give an example of this, please? Because the only example I can think of is the guy way out River Road who shot and killed someone who had been sleeping in his basement. The county state's attorney did not charge him.

More. JFC. The reason the guy wasn’t charged is because there was a 911 call documenting the whole thing and if the politicians tried anything, they could not get away with it:
