Do you stop people on the street and ask them for their papers, or can you tell whether people are authorized to be here or not just by looking at them?

You clearly don't live in an area with a lot of immigrants who have come here illegally. We should instead by making it easier for people to remain here legally, as they are often the most hard-working, dependable, and family-oriented people in our cities.
