I’m so glad to hear it!! Will he be able to go to Bulldog Days ( next week I think?) to celebrate his choice? My dd is just about halfway through her time there. It’s a huge stretch for us to send her but honestly it feels so worthwhile to me. The opportunities there just seem endless, so many ways to build community, her classes have excited and motivated her, and that campus just takes my breath away every time I’m there. I went to another highly regarded school for undergrad and there’s really no comparison between her experience and mine, hers is just worlds apart and so much better. I hope he loves it. If you can, come to family weekend in October and go to Salovey’s (university president) address for parents. It might help your husband in his journey to feeling good about this decision.
