I could be wrong but i think we're at an [b]apex, demographically[/b], and the number of applicants will soon start to fall in line with a declining number of high school seniors in the state overall.

This is true nationally, but VA isn't estimating a big decline like other states. It's projected to stay within .5% or something like that.  Fairfax has a slightly aging population (young families priced out of real estate), but not extreme and less expensive areas are growing (esp with remote work making living further out more feasible).[/quote]
