Many people don't pay for the bus as it is so it is not a crisis for the poor. The Council authorized a test of making the Circulator buses ($1 fare) free for a time and fairly quickly rescinded it. It was expensive and did not really boost ridership, the purported goal. They DRAFTED the bill with that identified funding stream that has now diminished. All they know to do is to flout their ignorance, name call and posture about irrelevancies. Shame we cannot call for new elections, these clowns are not fit for purpose. [/quote]
