Is that the latest bogeyman claim these days? Among people who can't understand and accept that their own neighbors and friends and countrymen may have, gasp, different views and opinions.

You know, a healthy democracy is supposed to accommodate a wide range of different views and beliefs. It's what liberalism is all about. Do you know what are the countries that mandate only one correct view and impose it on its people without any dissent? Fascist dictatorships....

What do you want? All this anger over people expressing freedom of speech and being angry with the government is a hallmark of a functioning liberal democracy. It's pretty clear to me that the people sneering at the truckers or any other anti-lockdown mandates or even vaccine mandates are people who'd be much more comfortable and happier living in a dictatorship.
