I just discovered pork roll, I had always seen it in the bacon section of Safeway and finally my curiosity was piqued enough to give it a try.

OMG it's literally the perfect breakfast meat. Slice a bagel, fry and egg and a couple slices of pork roll and you've got a delicious, filling meal in 5 minutes, with none of the cleanup of bacon and it doesn't fall apart and out of the bagel like sausage.

I’ve never heard of Lebanon bologna before. I googled it and it sounds similar to salami, so I’d probably like it. When I was young, I’d put a schmear of cream cheese on a slice of salami and then roll it up and eat it. What a fat and sodium bomb — but I loved it.[/quote]
