One of the most expensive moorings in the region? Where else should he moor? Baltimore - and take the Amtrak into D.C. for votes into 2AM? Maybe Alexandria, where he'll have to cross a bridge to get home?

He can literally walk to work and back from that cheap little houseboat. But yes, I'm sure the West Virgninians are horrified the greenpeace activists from Morgantown drove in and harassed Manchin from kayaks for days. [/quote]
