[/quote] You can't generalize. My husband told me on our third date that he never wanted to be the sole financial support of the family. Some years he makes more, some years I make more. Neither of us chose the other based on looks, kissing up to the other or earnings. Both of those can and do change over the course of a long marriage.[/quote]
