They were successful at Lee Mt. Vernon and are still successful at SYC... Given that most of the Lee Mt. Vernon players followed their coaches to the new club.

But with the same players they had Lee Mt. Vernon. those teams are so much better now at SYC. What was holding them back from being so good at Lee Mt. Vernon? Is the culture that much different ?[/quote]

It’s not the same players in MLS. They have drawn more by taking a core group at SYC. SYC had some success before the shift, and the shifting players had some success before going to SYC. I don’t think any of this is surprising. This is what MLS and ambition will do for the right clubs. [/quote]

This so true and we sit and watch BRYC stumble over and over year after year. When will they wake up and bring in a new technical staff ?[/quote]
