I can’t imagine a parent protecting a club this hard over a non-controversial act like refunds. Loudoun soccer didn’t suffer but many parents and families did.

Sure, they refunded those who were previously in need of a price break but they ignored those, for whom their circumstances changed and they needed the refund, a refund for a service never received.

Lots of clubs refunded their customers. Perhaps if parents posted here what club gave a refund it might give parents an idea of what soccer club they should seek out this fall. [/quote]
