I am in Green Bay. This is 100% on our mayor and staff.  Period.  No matter what the state did or did not do, we still had the duty to get ready for an election and completely and horribly failed at that.  400 poll worker trained National Guardsmen stood by to help and we turned them down.  We could have had several more polling locations ready to roll. [/quote]
