I had two kids after 40.  Healthy pregnancies, healthy babies.  And my fitness level was average at best at the start.  Yes, the risks are higher, but the overwhelming majority of pregnancies at her age have positive outcomes.  [/quote]

yep. 36 is actually lots of time for a healthy pregnancy, especially if starting out fit like Meghan. Yes complications increase but giving birth at 37 is nbd at all. [/quote]

I was in much better shape at 36 when I got pregnant with my 2nd baby than I was with my first baby (34).  I had been walking daily with my first in the stroller + going to the gym when I found out I was pregnant with my 2nd.  It was a super easy, very healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby.
