It’s normal to like baseball. It’s normal to have credit card debt.  It is not normal to have $200,000 in credit card debt that you attribute to baseball tickets. Most of us buy $50 seats and don’t take out a Thrift loan.

Let’s point out a few snippets from the WaPo article that you, and others here, have conveniently overlooked......

Too bad judges aren’t required to gain security clearance.  Because he wouldn’t be able to get one with those red flags on his credit history and suddenly pay off.  He would be seen as too amenable to outside influences (bribery.)[/quote]
