Because all of the new staff are not so new. The English teacher is complicit with the Principal in the deceitful disposal of the former coordinator so that she can be the "diploma coordinator". She is also spreading lies and misinformation about the previous coordinator among kids and parents (during official meetings). She has shown no empathy for students and parents who feel betrayed by the hush-hush manner the previous magnet coordinator was let go and is engaged in tarnishing the previous coordinator's reputation in front of parents who knew the her well.

In addition, the newly hired "magnet coordinator"'s resume has nothing that instills confidence.

These combination of events have resulted in erosion of trust in the new leadership.[/quote]
