"Official" capacity numbers essentially have no basis in reality.[/quote] True. don't forget what they did to Murch two years ago: in spite of 50% of class space outside the main building, DCPS forced a huge number of OOB spaces because they counted office space as "capacity." Even when they were told they messed up, DCPS refused to back down.[/quote]
