The Russian Government and military are guilty of War Crimes, chooses North Korea, Iraq and other dictatorships as "friends", so what does that make Russia?  Besides, according to Shoigu, Russia is doing just fine.

The US put up with Russia interfering with our elections, spreading propaganda and undermining our institutions - all in the name of peace.  The Russian Government took full advantage of it, finding all the useful idiots it could to destroy the US.  But the joke is on the Russian Government.  The US hasn't fired a single shot, and still the Russian military is a fragment of what it was.

The get-out-of-jail-free doors are closed unless a defector has a Golden Ticket.
