If he was truly unconscious, he may have no idea what happened to her.
Yea, but sounds like he already told some stories of what may have happened. So maybe he does recall or he thinks he remembers.
How can he speak to what happened after he passed out?
 Were those stories from AFTER he passed out? Or did he dream it?!
Isn’t it possible for memories to come back? And do we ever know if those or real or imagined memories? I genuinely don’t know as I’ve never been black out drunk.
He claims to have passed out on a lounger, ie, was unconscious. When you are unconscious you are not creating memories. Being blackout drunk is not the same as passed out.
ok if he was "passed out" but then momentarily saw or thought he saw Sudiksha in the water or coming out of the water - even if we assume he's being truthful - there's no way to guess whether is a true memory or an imagined one, right?
The latest version was a bit self aggrandizing. She could have been harmed by someone that guy has no knowledge of, it’s possible. Or by him. Time may tell. Almost drowning tends to sober people up more rapidly, near death tends to dump adrenaline. It has actually been studied. Near death would be unlikely to cause her to re-enter the water by herself, in the dark, when he had exited it. There was some moonlight, but not a full moon. His lack of concern for her in raising the alarm, or even doing so when friend told him she had not returned are big red flags. He said she was at the shore, heroically, in front of him. So where is she? So much of the stories don’t really add up. But there could be huge missing pieces unknown to him.
