It area is congested two hours a day. 30 minutes for Longfellow and 30 minutes for McLean in the AM and 30 minutes for Longfellow and 30 minutes for McLean in the evening. Everything else is NORMAL for NOVA- is not less. Haycock's traffic doesn't get that far down to Kirby- it is a clusterfuck at Haycock and Westmoreland for its 30 minutes before and after, but it does not highly impact the proposed site. [/quote]
