You can't pin Ellington on Grosso - Bowser is the one who increased Ellington's budget by another $30 million (total budget $178 million, or $300,000 per student!).

I completely agree the Ellington project is stupid and should be reconsidered entirely.  It seems like almost everyone involved in DC education thinks so.  I will never understand why it's not stopped.  Must be a huge campaign backer of Bowser and other politicans who wants it.[/quote]
