This thread isn't about love. It's about being HOT or NOT.
I love my wife, but she is NOT hot due to significant weight gain.

Maybe the people who don't committ to looking good are not happy for a variety of reasons; those that have the "not looking good" clear up right after their divorce were probably not happy with their partner for some reason.

I do know a guy who divorced his wife because she got "too fat" while giving birth to 5 kids--so they could finally have a boy at #5 to please him. She was not able to lose the weight after the divorce, but she was a whole lot happier :) He went on to remarry and divorce a couple others. [/quote]
