Based upon 2015/2016 numbers and the projections, the rising 4th grade is increasing by around 30 kids (or more than a whole class) and the rising 3rd is increasing by around 20 (again, a class). A lot of parents want 4th & 5th grade grandfathered. It's understandable.[/quote]
