That was my initial reaction but if you look closer, it's actually 4. No idea why it says 7. This block is near a playground we go to from time to time and also right next to the elementary school. My house is similar to this, also a new build, but I think I might trade for this one if I could. Alas.[/quote]

You really would at the current $709k price tag? What about schools or retail amenities? How about music or other classes for your kids nearby? What price did you get the new build (to see appreciation or not) per sq ft? [/quote]

So everyone is clear, that picture is of 2 townhouses which were built by Classic Cottages.  They have reduced pricing from $729K to $709K for a single townhouse.  Go on their website for layouts, the master suite is decent size but the other upstairs bedrooms are meh.
