He warned  me when I would experience the sharp pains which were a few seconds long, but totally bearable for someone used to having bad cramps (I once had my period for 45 days solid - need I say more!)  Trust me, I am the most squeamish and anxious person around so if I can do it so can you.   I didn't even feel nauseas or light-headed afterwards, nor any pain or bleeding.  I left feeling better than I did when I arrived!  I was told to wait two weeks until my man and I can have unprotected intercourse.  Good Luck ladies!! :)[/quote]
