But what concerns me are the kids who work, work, work, by taking classes every summer so that they can be, say, three grades ahead in math instead of two (or be advanced in some other way). To me, this is a kid who needs a little more balance in his/her life and probably isn't all that interesting of a person, since they haven't had time to develop that side of their personality.[/quote]
