He signed and talked to attorneys at military and did all the necessary paperwork to inform all the needed parties. So legally that does not count according to Oklahoma law. Law in Sourth Carolina is different. There the opinion of the father is not really even needed. The attorney got the parents the permission to take the kid to South Carolina by misspelling her name and listing the kid as hispanic[/quote]
