Oh, so accusations are the same as fact now? No, no court has ever found this couple guilty of fraud, even though you repeatedly act as if that is the case.
If he is arrested, it will be because he has failed to comply with a court ordered visit with the adoptive parents. They are not destroying his life and career. He is the scofflaw here, not them.
And finally, the adoptive mother was picking up double shifts at the casino where she worked when she was several months pregnant because the "father" refused to support his child. I highly doubt that she now has a "high position" in an mental health agency.

So Brown is going to be arrested and let out on bail, he can fight extradition, and in a case this minor, this can take time, he can plead innocent and fight the charge
Will he ever get convicted?
Adoption is a 13 billion dollar business. South Carolina does not want fathers stopping any adoption. There is a lot of money exchanging hands

she probably does not even remember the Capobiancos. Is it really about her they are thinking of? She has now grandparents, a sister, a dad, a mom with the Brown family as well.
The point is, she never should have been taken away in the first place.
No, the point is they should have never tried to adopt a kid not available for adoption.

There are many cases like this (Utah being the biggest offende). Terry Achane was another-the adoptive parents in his case decided to give up and he regained custody. His case was actually in South Carolina. Perhaps South Carolina will follow in Utah's footsteps.

Read somewhere that the adoptive mother is bi-polar. Perhaps that explains some of her twisted behavior regarding this case. Most people would hve mourned the disrupted adoption 4 months in and given the baby back. Actually, I hope they would not have engaged in the fraud surrounding this adoption in the first place.

You can't steal what isn't yours. Once he signed the papers terminating his parental rights, his ability to have a say in anything related to Veronica ended. If he wanted her, he shouldn't have signed the papers.
You can only steal what isn't yours. I'm not sure I get your point.

What matters is the legal definition of it. In Oklahoma you have a revocation period. He signed and talked to attorneys at military and did all the necessary paperwork to inform all the needed parties. So legally that does not count according to Oklahoma law.
Law in Sourth Carolina is different. There the opinion of the father is not really even needed. The attorney got the parents the permission to take the kid to South Carolina by misspelling her name and listing the kid as hispanic

she spent 27 months with one (because they delayed things for 23)
and 19 months with the other party(who is going to delay things also)
she has not spent MOST of her life with either party

John Wyatt never signed anything-his child was taken to Utah without his consent and the attoneys, birth mom and adoption agency orchestrated the transaction so he would not be able to exercise his rights. Something similar happened in the Veronica case....he signed custody over to the mother, not a termination of his rights. He was about to deploy to Iraq for a year and signed so mother could care for his child.

The writing idiosyncrasies indicate that it's one person who keeps posting new threads (and makes most of the emotional comments), with some personal vendetta against adoption, as well as facts in this case. I think there's something deeper in their personal lives that they're dealing poorly with.
