I guess it has to be 2015s PA2 if not PA1 but 5 2016 PA1s where dropped to PA2 due to 2015s dropping down. I am almost sure there are 2015s PA1 kids dropping down as well from what i have heard but either way the the U11s that are 2016s are getting severely impacted. At the end of the day you are either good enough or not and one age group will not change that over the long run.[/quote]

They definitely aren’t from this year’s 2015 PA1 but I’m sure Arlington is trying to imply they are. Other specifics aside, that group is all pre 8/1 bdays. [/quote]
