[/quote] MIT is hard from privates (perhaps harder than from the SHSAT schools?), the all-girls TT schools including Brearley barely send 1 most years (I was told "it's not even on the radar for our students"). I think HM sent 3 last year, so it's doable for dedicated kids and at least you are not competing with the legacies. [/quote]
