Let's say that the typical DEA operation carrying out a large scale investigation in an American city, instead of building a multi-count indictment against dozens of people, instead blasted every 12 year old lookout on a street corner, every dude in a car delivering the goods to customers, or just blew up suspected contact points for people higher up the chain. OIs what they're doing any more ok because they're not doing it on US soil? [/quote]
