The questions OP posed are the same as those who asked who will pick cotton. The answer is the same: machines, other technology, or *gasp* actually paying Americans living wages.

Republicans are against paying anyone living wages, if they were, they would appropriately who is doing it now. They are doing it because literally Americans  don't want to work in agriculture any more. We also ship out factory work.  Where do you think Trump bibles and hats come from? And a fair amount of agriculture and food processing isn't automated. Migrants and refugees saw opportunities here, and took them, just like every immigrant population that came to this country for hundreds of years. And who isn't paying them correctly, btw- yes, the farmers who hired them and pay them in secret. Where is there punishment since you think it's such a crime?[/quote]
