I understand the process quite well thank you.[/quote] the DOJ and court agreed it was a systematic, not individualized process, so that as a matter of fact, has been established, so any appeal would need to be based on a matter of law, which is not unclear in this case. He can appeal as is his right, but at some point, it becomes frivolous.
