Youngkin has already said he will appeal it to the fourth circuit and then to scotus as needed. The federal law doesn’t allow a “systematic” purge but Va. alleges this was an individualized process. They are asking for an emergency injunction. I understand the process quite well thank you.[/quote]

the DOJ and court agreed it was a systematic, not individualized process, so that as a matter of fact, has been established, so any appeal would need to be based on a matter of law, which is not unclear in this case. He can appeal as is his right, but at some point, it becomes frivolous. In the meantime, these people can vote.[/quote]
