That may be the case for a Premier league football manager or a college basketball coach. For a public school not seeking applicants or donations or commercial sponsorship, the job description could conceivably be to promote fitness and team building skills. If they want to win at all costs, why don't they get a job in a more competitive league than jv high school?[/quote]
