A well off professional black colleague didn't want to live in AU Park, and Frumin says this really confused him. Frumin decides this is because his colleague was uncomfortable around so many white people, and thinks the way to make black professionals like his colleague more comfortable is to bring a bunch of drug addicts and criminals to the area.
