If you scroll down, the grim projections do not capture the CRE crash that is in progress. 2015 is not coming back in any way, shape or form.

And Matt comes to the conclusion that it was actually . . . . “racism”? Now he’s forcing old ladies on Connecticut Ave to live with drug addicts in their building to make amends for racism that never actually occurred. This guy is damaged goods.
It's such a caricature of the accidentally racist activist when you think about it. A well off professional black colleague didn't want to live in AU Park, and Frumin says this really confused him. Frumin decides this is because his colleague was uncomfortable around so many white people, and thinks the way to make black professionals like his colleague more comfortable is to bring a bunch of drug addicts and criminals to the area. "See, now there are more people like you here!"

I do think it's important to attend if you can, Graves does seem to be able to dial up the prosecution rate at will, at least a bit, when under scrutiny. But, mostly a dog and pony show, especially with so many on the panel.
Frumin dithered re: supporting Pinto's Emergency Bill in June. He supports elevating a convicted murderer to the Sentencing Commission. Best to manage expectations.
Re: location, run the crime cards for the building next door to the library or check out the stored ATVs nearby.
Are those ATVs on Macomb? Are they legally parked?
Yes, along Macomb. And No, they are not legally parked. The ATVs, which are illegal on roads in the District of Columbia, are parked on DC public space next to the library, across from a building that hosts a number of voucher residents.
I remember my mom getting a boot on her car in the 80s when she was legally parked. She had to go to court and show photos and all to fight the ticket. My, how times have changed. These can't be impounded?
They CAN, they just DON'T. In NYC and Philly they have impounded and crushed like soda cans.

I bet you think JLG comes out at night to ride these ATV's and lead an army of shoplifters across the city to raid CVS's, Mad Max: Fury Road-style, too, right?
Why the hate for JLG, PP? She has her hands full across the park, no?
Oddly, women don't seem to be part of DMV ATV culture at all. Just a guy/teen boy thing from what I've seen.
Umm... I'm PP and I wasn't hating on JLG, read it again.
